Position: Arabic Speaking Banking Sales Executive Duration: 6 months Location: Kearney UAE (Onsite) Our client is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Banking Sales Executive for a 6-month project at Kearney. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of banking experience, a strong grasp of general banking practices, and an understanding of banking sales. Role Overview: As a Banking Sales Executive, you'll provide strategic guidance on banking operations, conduct research, analyze data, and offer recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability. This role requires fluency in Arabic and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the banking industry
- Strong knowledge of banking practices
- Background in banking sales is a plus
- Fluent Arabic speaker with top-notch communication skills
- Saudi national is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Teamwork and independent working skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
