Synopsis

The Copywriter (English) serves as a versatile and indispensable member of our team, providing expertly crafted written content to support various departments and initiatives across the company. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing communication, branding, and storytelling efforts throughout the organization.

Accountabilities

  • Generate compelling written content for a wide range of purposes, including marketing materials, internal communications, product descriptions, website content, social media posts, and more, catering to the specific needs and objectives of different departments and projects.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their requirements and objectives, offering creative input and strategic solutions to effectively communicate key messages and brand values.
  • Adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences and platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging while tailoring content to resonate with specific target demographics and channels.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to ad-hoc requests for written content from various departments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in meeting tight deadlines and changing priorities, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy, and professionalism in all written output in English, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices to uphold the company's reputation and brand integrity.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in copywriting and communication in both languages, continuously refining skills and approaches to deliver exceptional results.

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related field, with a proven track record of crafting impactful written content for diverse purposes and audiences in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English with a demonstrated ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit different contexts and objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills in English, with a keen eye for accuracy and grammar in both languages.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting tight deadlines in English.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and brand communication across various channels and platforms.
  • Knowledge of the airline industry is advantageous.
