Job details

Will be IN charge for a Brand in Sharjah factory and UAQ factory. 1. Prepare Quotations , Sales orders and Proforma Invoices in system as per Sales managers and customers request 2. Make sure all sales orders are approved by customer before entering in system 3. Communicate directly with customers as per Sales manager’s instructions regarding orders, prices and deliveries 4. Coordinate with production team regarding production priorities as per Sales managers instructions 5. Coordinate with Logistics to arrange deliveries when goods are ready for shipment 6. Make sure customer will collect goods on time when its ready and continuously try to reduce the stock of finished goods being kept in the factory 7. Prepare sales invoice as per approved prices and send to customer 8. Follow up receivables with customers until full amount is being collected 9. Collect information from other departments in the factory (production, accounts, stores , legal…) and inform management about any deviation found 10. Revising Price List as per management advise and send to the customers. 11. Regular correspondence to the customers and send details about new products and get orders. 12. Check always the FG more than one year and non moving list and inform the Manager to take necessary action. 13. Co-ordinate with customers and Legal department about contract, registration of documents and any other documents. 14. Prepare for Weekly sales meeting report. 15.
