We are looking for a Senior Programmatic Manager to join the GroupM Nexus Media Solutions team for MENA, based in Riyadh. You will play a key role in the operations team and report to the Associate Director of client growth based in Dubai. You will work closely with other GroupM functions as well as agencies, clients, publisher vendors and tech vendors to deliver our proprietary solutions to GroupM Clients. RESPONSIBILITIES

The core responsibility of the Senior Programmatic Manager is to build strong relationships with the GroupM agencies who work closely with both local and global clients. Usually, these will be the planners, buyers and client teams within the agency networks. Building a relationship of mutual trust with the clients is key. You will be the go-to person for Media Solutions and will need to engage with clients both reactively and proactively.
  • Own relationship with your Agency teams and management, developing business through excellent client servicing, driving investments, cross-selling solutions and supporting new opportunity discovery
  • Excellent presentation skills and ensuring regular meetings with agency teams and client teams to keep product knowledge up to date and top of mind.
  • Work with the internal Media Solutions Operations team to ensure performance is as per the guaranteed outcomes and KPIs. Ensure thorough performance updates, analysis and insights are shared with the agency and client teams.
  • Ensure you fully understand and communicate the client’s objectives and KPIs to internal operations team and reporting is reflecting the understood objectives.
  • Ensure sales pipeline and booking tracking against targets is kept up to date via Salesforce
  • Take responsibility for the adoption of GroupM Nexus Media Solutions within your assigned agency team and all revenue generated from your clients.
  • Develop strong and effective media plans built with Media Solutions and based on sound strategies, ensuring the full suite of Media Solutions capabilities are included e.g. creative solutions, copilot & marketing science
  • Supervise and adhere to all processes, forecasting, billing, and reconciliation processes in Salesforce
  • Be the face of Media Solutions in KSA, representing at industry events, panels & PRl

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have a demonstrated track record of account management, dealing with agencies and in working proactively and independently to drive results
  • Minimum of 4 years prior experience within a media sales or account management role, programmatic specific preferably.
  • Fluency in written & verbal Arabic language skills preferred.
  • Proven ability to build businesses within the digital and traditional media arenas
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in developing and leveraging web usage and user data to develop and expand business opportunities
  • Knowledge of current Internet, Publishing, and Technology trends
  • Experience managing digital ad campaigns
  • Proven ability to work within fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Strong quantitative and research skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
  • Experience with DV360, Amazon, The Trade Desk or other DSPs
  • Experience with third party ad tags, conversion tracking pixels, floodlighting, piggybacking and reporting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Advanced proficiency with Excel
