Captain

Responsibilities:

1. You'll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development.
2. Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Restaurant Service Operations team.
3. Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
4. Regularly review house counts, forecast and VIP list, and communicate daily between all outlets.
5. Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
6. Focus on guest feedback and always strive to improve guest satisfaction scores.

1. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
2. Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage.
3. Well versed with Restaurant Service Operations.
4. Service-focused personality with a passion for food and beverage.
5. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example.
