Responsibilities:

Lead the governance and oversight activities of all BNPP units' Radiation Safety activities, and monitor the execution of its program, processes and procedures to ensure standardization across BNPP units and achieve the highest level of safety and reliability.
Lead the development of key Radiation Safety Programs, Processes, and Procedures to maintain operational excellence.
Lead the development and maintenance of Radiation Safety programs, processes, procedures and systems in line with regulatory requirements, operating policies and principles, nuclear standards for nuclear safety, industrial safety, and environmental protection, to achieve the overall business performance objectives.
Lead the periodic or unscheduled oversight activities including surveillance and check of Radiological Protection System and equipment to ensure the highest standards of conduct.
Identify any potential Radiation Safety issues, analyze cause effects and take appropriate actions with reporting to the management of Radiation Safety.
