We are seeking a talented and innovative Associate Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our design studio, you will contribute to creating sustainable and visually stunning outdoor spaces that enhance the urban environment and reflect the unique character of the region. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, budgets, and timelines.
  2. Provide strategic direction and technical expertise across all phases of projects from concept development to construction documentation.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, urban planners, engineers, and environmental specialists.
  4. Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for high-profile projects.
  5. Champion sustainable design practices and innovative approaches to landscape architecture.
  6. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessment to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  7. Mentor and develop staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and public engagements to enhance visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
  2. 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
  3. Strong graphic design skills and ability to create compelling visual presentations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and their application in landscape architecture.
  6. Experience with urban planning and design projects.
  7. Understanding of local flora and environmental conditions in the UAE.
  8. Familiarity with Middle Eastern landscape design principles.
  9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  10. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
