Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and handheld devices, WIFI etc.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Switch configuration and troubleshooting
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment
- Manage backups, email systems, and licensing renewals
- Manage/Troubleshoot MS Teams, Office365, GMAIL, VPN and Remote Connectivity
Requirements:
- 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong experience in handling Windows Server, Network Firewalls, access points
