As a direct sales executive, the person needs to work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions, and promote products and services with the aim of maximizing profits.Role Accountabilities:Greet customers, respond to questions, inform about new products and services, and provide outstanding customer service.Handle customer complaints and provide on-time resolutions.Achieve monthly set sales targets and increase store sales.Stay updated with current product knowledge and be aware of ongoing promotions.Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts.Ensure all price stickers and price tickets are updated with the latest prices.Complete and maintain daily reports as required.Adhere to Shop and Salesperson standards set.Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.Role Key Performance Indicators:Achieve set monthly individual and store sales targets as per categories.Adhere to Shop and Salesperson standards set.Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling products and services offered in retail.Have updated knowledge of products and services offered in the store.Ability to effectively communicate with customers and handle various queries and complaints.
