Responsibilities:Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in current CRM systems.Configure and customize CRM software to align with the client's business needs.Manage the integration of CRM systems with other business applications.Train staff on CRM system usage, features, and best practices.Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.Create strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Design workflows and processes that maximize the effectiveness of the CRM system.Regularly review CRM system performance and user feedback.Make necessary adjustments and enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure the CRM system remains up to date.Implement new features and updates as they become available.Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM alignment with their goals.Facilitate communication and cooperation between departments using the CRM system.Develop and generate detailed reports on customer interactions and sales activities.Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data analysis.Keep up to date with the latest CRM technologies, trends, and best practices.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance CRM capabilities.Ensure the CRM system complies with data protection regulations and company policies.Implement security measures to protect customer data and maintain privacy.Analyze the client's business processes and objectives to understand their CRM requirements.Desired Candidate Profile:Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics 365 CRM, and the Power Platform.Grade - L3 (5 Years' minimum experience in the required position).Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating CRM systems.Ability to analyze and interpret CRM data to provide actionable insights.Ability to develop CRM strategies that align with business goals and objectives.Experience of how CRM systems can enhance business operations and customer relationships.Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM systems.Certifications:Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM).Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) Functional Consultant Associate.Employment Type: ContractCompany Industry: IT - Software ServicesDepartment / Functional Area: Software Development, Application Development (IT Software)Keywords: Microsoft Power Platform And CRM DeveloperMannai Trading Co.WLL - Microsoft SolutionsMariam Yani
