About our clientOur client is a prestigious investment firm with a strong track record. They are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their growing real estate team in Doha. This individual will be focused on the execution deals across a diverse range of assets, including income-producing direct ownership, joint ventures, listed real estate investment trusts and operating companies, and real estate funds, globally.What the job involvesExecuting transactions and supporting portfolio management across sectors and geographiesEvaluating and screening investment opportunitiesBuilding and developing models to support investment activityDeveloping sound investment plans across the portfolioProviding sector-specific insight and actionable intelligence for the investment committeeWho we are looking forReal estate M&A experience in a top-tier investment bankManager/fund selection experience in real estateStrong financial modelling skillsAmbition and motivationWillingness and ability to be based full time in Doha
