Leading US Investment Bank - Infrastructure & Energy Investment Banking - M&A and Debt Advisory Analyst/Associate About the job Our client is a leading US global investment bank, the Infrastructure and Energy team is looking for an Analyst/Associate with strong sector experience in the infrastructure and/or energy sector to focus on M&A and debt advisory. They have a strong network amongst the leading private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, renewable sponsors and developers and have closed a number of high-profile M&A and Debt Advisory transactions over the past 6 months. Skills and Experience Required: • Experience: 1-5 years in infrastructure and/or energy finance (Investment Bank, Project Finance, advisory firm or Big Four Accounting firm). • Technical Skills: Strong financial modelling, understanding of financial concepts, and valuation. • Execution: Proven deal execution and strong performance. • Communication: Excellent English. • Academics: Outstanding academic record.
