They have a strong presence across renewable energy and are currently looking to onboard an Associate into their debt advisory team Role Overview : As an Associate in the Debt Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in executing debt financing engagements and supporting our clients through strategic financial initiatives. • s:Transaction Executio n: Support the execution of debt financing engagements, including reviewing documentation and managing counterpartie
• s.Client Presentation s: Assist in preparing financial and strategic presentations for clients, including marketing pitche
• s.Market Researc h: Conduct in-depth research on clients, their industries, and overall debt markets to inform strategic decision
• s.Financial Modellin g: Develop and maintain complex financial models for equity valuation and debt sizin
• g.Client Interactio n: Engage regularly with clients alongside senior bankers to provide comprehensive advisory service
