Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills, enabling them to effectively demonstrate the value of PostGrid's solutions to potential clients. As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure our clients receive the best possible service and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals that align with customer needs.
- Serve as a technical expert on PostGrid’s products, answering customer queries and addressing technical concerns.
- Work with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
- Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of PostGrid's solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Create and deliver training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure the effective use of PostGrid’s products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of API technologies and experience with RESTful APIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
