Selling/exiting businesses Identifying risks Reviewing Business plans Sourcing funding Improving systems and controls Implementing KPI reporting Increasing profit Improving cash flow Tightening up compliance Optimizing tax and legal Driving strategic direction of a business Mergers and acquisitions The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• The role is self-employed whilst operating in a defined model. You must be able to support yourself financially during the build-up phase

What do you need to have?

• You have worked as a CFO for a minimum of 5+ years during your finance career – commercial and strategic
• You are highly networked and love to meet new people, develop business and ensure client satisfaction.

Desired Accreditations

• Qualified with one of the major accounting institutes CPA, CMA
• MBA asset
