RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and assessments
• Address service orders; escalate out-of-scope requests
• Ensure safety compliance and mitigate workplace risks
• Deliver exceptional customer service to staff and patients
• Drive improvements in productivity and quality

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Trade Cert in Mechanical Engineering/Fitter Turner or equivalent
• Expertise in HVAC, pumps or boiler systems would be an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Professional, clear communication with all stakeholders
• Self-motivated and effective in managing tasks independently
• Collaborative team player committed to excellence
