Job details
- Responsible for the company’s overall IT operations in terms of hardware, software, network infrastructure, web application and server related matters.
- Setup, configure, support and maintain various software and hardware of all computers and network equipment.
- Administration of server database, network operations, system configurations, backup, recovery and system access security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users.
- Support and maintenance documentation.
- Delivering and supporting IT projects.
- Assist in the plan and execution of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology integrations to support growth, scalability and future trends.
- Liaise with vendors related to hardware, software and maintenance services.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by supervisor when required.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Familiar with Oracle/Dynamics 365 Business Central/Jet Report will be an added advantage.
- Team-player, aggressive, self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hardware and software management, experience in PC troubleshooting, IT networking, email configuration, firewall, web development and etc.
