Senior Process Associate / Process Lead - Operations - Mumbai

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd . This role will be based in Mumbai Senior Process Associate - Operations We will count on you to: Manage the employee data of the client. Responsible to handle Group Mediclaim, COVID, Group Term Life , EDLI, WC & Group Accident Policy. Coordinate with insurance company for addition & deletion data. Coordinate with insurance company for endorsement & CD reconciliation. Maintain endorsement tracker.Build and maintain relationships with the Insurers/client’s HR and Finance team/TPAAssist the client’s HR in Data and CD statement reconciliation with the Insurer support. Prepare weekly and monthly MIS, data and CD statement with clients/CE. Support the client executives with data management for renewals. Responsible to manage the data on Benefit Me portal.Employee Assistance and resolution of client’s queries through iTrack.Data Reconciliation at periodic intervals. Coordinate with TPA for E-cards, claim status and MIS of claims. What you need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in insurance industry.
• Domain Knowledge preferred.
• Graduation degree
• Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
