SUMMARY: Quality Control inspection and associated documentation of Mechanical systems within a cleanroom environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform initial, follow up, and final system walk downs.
  • Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure industry and customer-specific procedures are met.
  • Understand and enforce regulations, codes, and industry standards for inspection of plumbing, HVAC, PVC, and PVDF.
  • Work with key stakeholders to plan and organize activities concerning construction projects; discuss work procedures and quality issues.
  • Record and organize all necessary documentation to implement, maintain, and evaluate the effectiveness of the QA program.
  • Complete all QA documentation and any other reports required for the project.
  • Formulate reports concerning work progress.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, office staff, engineering staff, consultants, and owner's representatives to facilitate project activities.
  • Represent the company in pre-construction, design, and project meetings and attend operations meetings.
  • Perform final QA inspection on installations.
  • Answer technical questions during project execution.
  • Review with the system owner and provide technical verification of hardware and installation configurations per design documents.
  • Ensure equipment and overall system OAT/FAT processes meet expectations.
