SUMMARY: Quality Control inspection and associated documentation of Mechanical systems within a cleanroom environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform initial, follow up, and final system walk downs.
- Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure industry and customer-specific procedures are met.
- Understand and enforce regulations, codes, and industry standards for inspection of plumbing, HVAC, PVC, and PVDF.
- Work with key stakeholders to plan and organize activities concerning construction projects; discuss work procedures and quality issues.
- Record and organize all necessary documentation to implement, maintain, and evaluate the effectiveness of the QA program.
- Complete all QA documentation and any other reports required for the project.
- Formulate reports concerning work progress.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, office staff, engineering staff, consultants, and owner's representatives to facilitate project activities.
- Represent the company in pre-construction, design, and project meetings and attend operations meetings.
- Perform final QA inspection on installations.
- Answer technical questions during project execution.
- Review with the system owner and provide technical verification of hardware and installation configurations per design documents.
- Ensure equipment and overall system OAT/FAT processes meet expectations.
