Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- In charge of the purchasing and storage of food.
- Ensuring high culinary standards are met.
- Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are adhered to.
- Assisting the Head Chef in writing menus and creating new recipes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a hotel setting.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized and flexible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Package on Offer
- Competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000 depending on experience.
