Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • In charge of the purchasing and storage of food.
  • Ensuring high culinary standards are met.
  • Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are adhered to.
  • Assisting the Head Chef in writing menus and creating new recipes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a hotel setting.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized and flexible.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Package on Offer

  • Competitive salary of €40,000 – €45,000 depending on experience.
  • Other benefits to be discussed in the interview.
