Job details
The position requires managing, leading, and growing a team and serving a high-profile customer. Delivering on KPIs, SLAs, and being the 'go-to' person for the site. Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 07:30 - 16:00, Friday 07:30-15:00 The successful candidate will have:
- 3-4 years of people management experience with a track record of recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and leading teams.
- Experience with customer service or account management.
- Experience delivering results against set KPIs and SLAs.
- Track record of optimizing and improving processes.
- Solid understanding and experience in inventory & stock management as well as purchasing.
- Good understanding of GMP/GLP or related Health & Safety Regulations would be an asset.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders within a matrix environment.
- Excellent communicator at all levels and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Full driving license & own car required.
- Budget and project management experience.
- Encourage growth within the customer account, providing additional services.
- Ensure adherence to quality, EHS, and other Health & Safety standards; act as a point of contact for audits.
