- Manage project schedules, labour allocation, and weekly progress reporting.
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure efficient productivity and quality workmanship.
- Implement safety plans and promote a strong safety culture on-site.
- Ensure quality standards are met, including snagging and final inspections.
- Assist in procurement management to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Lead commissioning activities and ensure all systems are tested and handed over.
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship or trade cert with 5+ years of construction management experience.
- Proven track record managing large electrical projects across multiple sectors.
- Strong understanding of commercial management, quality assurance, and site safety.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage with clients.
- Ability to manage schedules, address challenges, and drive successful project outcomes.
- IOSH, NEBOSH certifications (or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
