We're currently seeking Full Stack Software Engineers to join our expanding team to help us drive technical output across a range of Inovatyv projects. WHAT YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE Brainstorming and conceptualizing technical solutions that will solve pan-industry business problems and strengthen Inovatyv's position as digital leaders. Work closely with Consultants and Team to brainstorm and develop solutions with clients. Research solutions to technically challenging problems. 100% Engineering and Development Role in languages and frameworks below. WHAT WE'D LIKE TO SEE Passion for Technology. You are the kind who is curious about any new/old technology and wants to understand the constructs of it. Solution Oriented. You see a problem and immediately start thinking of ways to solve it and generally have a ton of ideas already. You've had the experience of building applications (mobile or web) before. You love spending hours in front of your computer building, coding, solving. You feel software development is 90% creativity and 10% logic. You love working in a team. You're in with true sportsman spirit. You love startups and want to build something that you can call your own. You want to create a positive, long-lasting impact. You have about 1-2 years of experience working as a Software Engineer. Fresh graduates (with internship experiences at other startups are a BIG YES!). WHAT YOU ARE GOOD AT You are good at Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). You can script in any of these languages (Shell, Bat, Python).
