We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Projects Director who plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the successful execution of the company projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a proven track record in project management, a comprehensive understanding of either architecture or civil engineering, and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and procurement to construction, handover, and closeout. Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership for project teams, ensuring projects align with the company overall objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, construction management, quality control, and safety.
Manage project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among various disciplines (e.g., engineers, architects, contractors).
Monitor project progress and identify potential issues proactively, implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and quality standards.
Oversee project documentation and reporting, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and potential issues.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality.
Represent the company in discussions with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for project improvement and implement best practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to project management.
Promote sustainable building practices and innovative design solutions that enhance community well-being and environmental responsibility.
Prepare regular project updates and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state in which you practice.
20+ years of experience in project management within the construction or architecture sectors.
Proven track record of success in leading and managing complex projects.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes relevant to the chosen focus area (architecture or civil engineering).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Fluency in English is required.

Additional Skills and Knowledge

Experience working on projects similar to those undertaken by SB Holding.
Experience using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
Strong budget management and cost control skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong business acumen and understanding of construction economics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
