A leader in the real estate and construction industry is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining all active network equipment to ensure smooth and secure network operations. The role also involves managing software applications, ERP systems, video walls, and interactive screens. The candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to ensure optimal system performance and support for the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software systems including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless network operations.
Manage ERP systems and provide technical support to end-users.
Deploy and maintain video walls, interactive screens, and other IT hardware solutions.
Ensure the security and integrity of the company’s IT systems by implementing best practices and updates.
Collaborate with the IT team to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
Conduct regular system audits and generate performance reports.
Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements as needed.
Provide technical support and training to staff members on software applications and IT systems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, video walls, and interactive screens is preferred.

Skills:

Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols.
Proficiency in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls.
Familiarity with software applications, operating systems, and IT troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Other Requirements:

Must be able to commute reliably or relocate to Dubai before starting work.
