Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing exhibition projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and deliverables for the exhibition.
- Liaise with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Source and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers for exhibition setup and services.
- Prepare and maintain project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
- Oversee on-site event setup, operations, and dismantling, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with exhibition venue regulations and guidelines.
- Support the preparation of post-event reports and feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and service providers for future opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the exhibition, events, or trade show industry.
- Proven track record in coordinating exhibitions or large-scale events is preferred.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or project management tools).
- Knowledge of exhibition design, logistics, and vendor management is a plus.
