Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division.
Maintaining the Concierge daily Log Book and providing exceptional services to guests and internal customers at all times to maintain positive interactions and good working relationships.
Assist the Manager in efficiently managing the Concierge Department according to established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times.
Conduct daily pre-shift briefing to associates on transport requirements, arrival and departure of VIP guests, functions/events, and special attention that is needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum requirement)
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel in a concierge or guest services role.
Strong customer service background with a focus on guest satisfaction.
