  • Develops and implements effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Manages the full cycle recruitment process for various positions including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define job requirements, and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilizes a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with external recruiting agencies, vendors, and partners to support recruitment efforts as needed.
  • Leads employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice including career site development, social media presence, and participation in industry events.
  • Analyzes recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and makes data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing.
  • Champions diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices and ensures fairness and equity throughout the hiring process.
  • Responsible for maintaining a fully functioning Talent Acquisition Department including employment screening, referrals, record keeping, compensation and benefits, work permits, and visa processing.
  • Ensures an effective flow of all administration including but not limited to all talent acquisition requirements, candidate correspondence, administering onboarding, flight tickets, and any other administrative tasks/support.
Qualifications:
  • 3 to 10 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition management in UAE Hospitality Market, preferably luxury hotels background.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Equivalent.
  • Hospitality experience is a must.
  • High level of IT proficiency.
  • Experience in managing and developing people.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Accountable and resilient.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a cluster setup.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
