Part-time, 24 hours per week, including days and nights shifts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of care are maintained while respecting residents' dignity and privacy.
- Lead and support staff to boost team morale and ensure effective care delivery.
- Implement person-centered care practices to enhance the overall quality of care.
- Assist management during audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee operations as the Nurse in Charge, ensuring optimal staffing levels and maintaining high care quality standards.
Requirements
- Nursing degree & active registration with An Bord Altranais.
- Experience in a nursing home setting is preferred.
