Job Description:

1. At least 5 years' direct production experience at a Senior Management level
2. Minimum degree qualification (level 8), in Engineering or another discipline
3. Be a strategic, goal-focused individual with high intensity and a passion for leading, managing and developing teams
4. Ability to deliver complex solutions in close collaboration with key stakeholders
5. Readily accepts ownership, accountability, and responsibility in delivering effective solutions
6. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills required
