We are currently recruiting for a Canteen Catering Supervisor for Gaelcholaiste Luimnigh , Clare Street, Limerick. This position operates around the secondary school calendar, which means our employees are off during break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter, and summer (unpaid). This may appeal to people with school-going children. Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community. The position of catering supervisor is approximately 26 - 28 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8.15am to 2.30pm . The role involves:
- Preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta, and rice dishes.
- Service of small break and lunch.
- Clean down after service.
- Rostering and placing orders.
- Reporting and daily lodgement to the post office.
