German-Speaking Business Development Consultants Remote; South Africa 25,000 ZAR per month + Excellent Com A German training facility is seeking German-Speaking Business Development Consultants for an online training platform. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about education, sales, and career counselling. The ideal candidates will be responsible for selling educational packages, signing up new students, and offering career advice to potential learners. Fluent in written and spoken German (C1/C2 level). Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Actively engage with potential students via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Promote educational packages to the German-speaking market.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with a focus on growing the student base.
- Provide guidance to prospective students about suitable programs and career paths based on their goals and qualifications.
- Answer inquiries and provide accurate information on course offerings, payment plans, and career outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of all student interactions using CRM systems.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with students to ensure continued engagement and referrals.
- Work closely with team leaders and the management team to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with the training facilitys offerings and industry trends.
- Type: Freelance/Independent Contractor.
- Hours: Full-time, aligned with European business hours. Desired Experience & Qualification
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, HR, Sales or Education).
- Fluent in written and spoken German (C1/C2 level).
- English proficiency is beneficial for internal communication.
- Base salary of 25,000 ZAR per month .
- Uncapped commission structure with earning potential exceeding 100,000 ZAR per month .
