Job details
Job Responsibilities: Install, configure, and manage Windows server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Monitor server health, performance, and resource utilization, and take proactive measures to optimize server performance. Conduct regular maintenance activities, including patch management, server updates, and system backups. Monitor and analyze server logs for security breaches, anomalies, or performance issues, and take appropriate actions to resolve them. Respond to server-related incidents, service requests, and problems reported by end-users or the IT support team. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience as a Windows Server Administrator in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, such as Windows Server 2016/2019/2022. Proficiency in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services. Experience with server virtualization technologies, such as VMware. Solid understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
