Head of Compliance Role Summary In this key position, you will lead our regulatory compliance efforts across Asia-Pacific, driving growth and managing risks. Based in Singapore, you will oversee a team of compliance managers and develop a strong framework for identifying, managing, and reporting regulatory risks. Key Responsibilities: Strengthening and embedding a consistent approach to identifying, managing, and reporting regulatory risks; Promoting regulatory best practices within our global compliance program; Ensuring clarity and transparency regarding the regulatory basis of our global product offerings, both internally and externally; Enhancing global regulatory processes to drive better customer outcomes, improve compliance, and increase operational efficiency; Supporting the delivery of the regulatory compliance program across our licensed entities. Key Tasks: Providing clear, risk-based regulatory advice to regional compliance teams and business stakeholders; Ensuring alignment between the Global Compliance Policy framework and Transwap's global business needs; Leading enhancements to regulatory compliance operations and processes at a global level; Overseeing regulatory risk in line with Transwap's Global Expansion strategy; Developing and refining Transwap's Regulatory Engagement strategy; Reporting to senior management on regulatory risks. Ideal Candidate Profile: Expertise in financial regulatory and compliance issues, with relevant qualifications; Experience working in FinTech industry is highly preferred; Senior role or Compliance/Legal experience, interacting with regulators; Problem-solving skills, urgency, prioritization, and meeting tight deadlines; Strong relationship-building skills, engaging with stakeholders at all levels; Eagerness to contribute to a fast-growing scale-up and make a significant impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
