Lead, Finance Operations

Supervise a team staff to oversee smooth operations flow in meeting the company's objectives and key performance indicators. Ensure the internal control framework is in place. Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on sub-ledger including bank recompilation and accounts analysis. Responsible for following up on the abnormalities detected by Data Analytics and report on findings from the investigation. Liaise with internal and external auditors, bankers, other divisions, and external vendors on payment-related matters. Project Management Driving process simplification and lead the implementation of standardization and scalable processes. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of technology-driven initiatives (e.g., Robotic Process Automation, Data Analytics).
