About the Role
The Digital Analytics Lead drives data-driven decision-making by overseeing digital analytics tools, generating actionable insights, and optimizing digital channel performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools and technologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance business outcomes.Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Data Management & Integration:
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of digital analytics platforms.
- Manage data collection processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.
- Integrate analytics tools and data sources to create a comprehensive digital performance measurement framework.
- Performance Analysis & Insights:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital metrics across platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and user behavior.
- Analyze data trends to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide recommendations to improve digital experiences and drive conversions.
- Partner with marketing, product, and BI teams to align analytics strategies with business goals.
- Develop and present dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation of data-driven strategies for customer engagement and retention.
- Implement and optimize tools for customer engagement, mobile performance measurement, and workflow automation.
- Leverage emerging technologies to enhance data connectivity and reporting efficiency.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in digital analytics, tools, and methodologies.
- Recommend and implement innovative approaches to improve analytics capabilities.
Skill and Knowledge
- Experience with customer engagement platforms and mobile measurement tools.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and application performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, data management, or a similar role.
