- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, luxury restaurant or fine dining establishment.
- A passion for creating outstanding dining experiences that exceed guest expectations combined with exceptional culinary skills and a deep understanding of fine dining techniques and plating presentation.
- A strong commitment to using seasonal, sustainable, and high-quality ingredients.
- Impeccable leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a talented culinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with staff, vendors, and guests.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to the highest standards of quality and service, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
