• The primary focus of the role will be to consistently deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all future customers and conducting test drives, as well as preparing the customers for their future with a Polestar vehicle in Dubai , setting up the vehicle for the customer, going through all the features of the vehicle, and being able to answer any questions related to electric mobility and the brand.

What you will do:

• Ensure customer journeys align with vehicle journey.
• Vehicle preparation according to Polestar standards.
• Handover vehicles to customers in a customer-focused and tailored manner.
• Welcome all showroom visitors, log reasons for visit, and forward to relevant team members.
• Provide excellent and delightful customer experience as per company policy and procedures.
• Attend to customer needs, understand their requirements so that the maximum number of inquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of personnel and procedures, as well as product updates and industry trends and news.
• Support the sales team with test drives.
• Achieve 100% of the mandatory required training as per Al-Futtaim and OEM requirements.

Required Skills to be successful:

• Data management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

About the Team:

• Reporting to the Space Manager and will work closely with the sales team and the broader internal and external stakeholders.

What equips you for the role:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years experience in an automotive customer service role.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
