BML is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling all BML products and services and building and maintaining strong client relationships with pre-and post-sales support. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities:

The key point of contact between BML and its existing clients, providing post-sales support and managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities and prepare the information for the management team.
Contact and develop prospective clients, and attend to leads.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits and features of BML's products and services.
Provide technical support and expertise to customers during the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
Coordinate with the sales team for submission of proposals/offers/quotations to the customer within the specified time frame.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer and a track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the energy industry.
Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and sales techniques.
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to understand and present technical information to clients. Knowledge of our products and industry is a plus.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally internationally.
