- Strategize for Success : Develop and implement a winning sales strategy to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Lead with Impact : Set individual sales targets and delegate responsibilities to your team, ensuring they have the resources they need to excel.
- Drive Performance : Monitor and evaluate the activities and performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
- Collaborate for Results : Liaise with supporting functions to ensure the achievement of sales objectives and cultivate effective business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyze and Optimize : Forecast sales revenue, analyze data to identify opportunities, and manage debtor and stock days within budget.
- Proven Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
- Leadership Excellence : Experienced in managing day-to-day sales operations and leading a team to success.
- Tech-Savvy : Excellent MS Office skills, with SAP knowledge being an added advantage.
