Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at Dicetek LLC. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. They will also be required to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the IT industry or related sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
