Technical Support Technician

As an IT Technical Support Technician, your role will involve:

1. Providing first and second line IT Support services to users across ADNOC Distribution's Head Office, Service Stations, Remote Area Offices, and other sites ensuring a quick and timely response to user problems within SLA guidelines.
2. Installing and setting up IT equipment at ADNOC Distribution sites.
3. Managing the Service Catalogue.
4. Conducting training and creating awareness to end-users on IT services and new releases.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position.
3. Strong IT Troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
4. Good English language skills - both written and spoken.
