Job details
As an IT Technical Support Technician, your role will involve:
- Providing first and second line IT Support services to users across ADNOC Distribution's Head Office, Service Stations, Remote Area Offices, and other sites ensuring a quick and timely response to user problems within SLA guidelines.
- Installing and setting up IT equipment at ADNOC Distribution sites.
- Managing the Service Catalogue.
- Conducting training and creating awareness to end-users on IT services and new releases.
- Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Strong IT Troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
- Good English language skills - both written and spoken.
