Card Fraud Specialist

The Role As a Card Fraud Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our company’s assets and reputation by investigating and resolving card fraudulent activities. You will work closely with our Compliance & Risk management team to investigate any matters that are internally identified from our card fraud management systems, proactive assessments, or through external events. Key Accountabilities
- Monitor alerts, transactions, and customer accounts for signs of card fraudulent activity using our fraud detection tools and systems.
- Investigate suspicious activities to confirm card fraud, including engagement with our operations team requesting to contact customers for verification and analyzing transaction patterns (card and non-card related).
- Prepare detailed reports on fraud cases, including findings and outcomes, and make recommendations to prevent future fraud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using card fraud or other fraud management-related systems.
