Job Description The Role: As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind generating and converting business for Fairmont St Andrews, with a key focus on achieving and surpassing our group rooms and banqueting revenue targets. What You'll Be Doing:
- Key account management of existing clients to ensure maximum revenue is secured for Fairmont St Andrews.
- Management of sales and catering ensuring strategies are in place to create demand.
- Identifying strategies to develop the assigned market and execute territory and account plans.
- Managing, nurturing and developing Group Sales Coordinators / Executives to ensure communication from the lead to the enquiry phase is accurate.
- A dynamic, ambitious go-getter who thrives on achieving results and loves a challenge.
- A polished, articulate five star hotelier - who loves, lives and breathes luxury.
- A lover of travel and hotels.
- A competitor at heart with a drive to be the best in your field.
- A team player who excels independently and brings energy to every interaction and is able to self-start.
- Hotel Sales experience is essential.
- Luxury / five-star background is preferred.
