About Our Client: Our client is a distinguished developer, investor, and operator specializing in power generation and desalinated water plants. With a commitment to sustainable energy and innovative water solutions, they play a vital role in delivering reliable and efficient infrastructure to support growing communities and industries. Their expertise spans the entire lifecycle of power and water projects, from development to long-term operational excellence, ensuring quality, efficiency, and a forward-thinking approach in every endeavor. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide IT end-user support by delivering assigned activities and priorities within agreed service levels, including managing incidents, service requests, and hardware refreshes.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues promptly.
  3. Update and replace outdated computer hardware as necessary.
  4. Prepare old or obsolete hardware for secure disposal, ensuring all data is properly removed.
  5. Assist with the onboarding of new users by setting up their hardware, software, and required access permissions.
  6. Adhere to service management standards and processes to ensure consistent support.
  7. Maintain accurate records and databases for licenses, warranties, and service agreements related to organizational hardware and software, helping to reduce costs through product standardization and tracking.
  8. Develop and implement processes and systems for the tracking and analysis of software, hardware, and equipment from acquisition to retirement.

Requirements

  1. Strong proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Operating Systems.
  2. Skilled in utilizing IT tools, with a solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange.
  3. Experienced in providing support for PCs, mobile devices, and other end-user technologies.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
