Let’s talk about the team When you're not helping others, you'll be working in a small, cross-functional team (with a mixture of software engineers and product people) who are driving innovation at nib. Our agile approach allows us to swiftly integrate leading-edge technology into our operations, keeping us ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape. We build and refine a suite of products, such as our customer-facing chatbot called ‘nibby’, a knowledge base RAG solution, Intelligent Document Processing, advanced call summarisation tools, and our greenfield LLM-based knowledge hub – ‘nib GPT’. In addition to developing these cutting-edge solutions, we offer expert guidance across the organisation, ensuring that our insights and technologies contribute to broader strategic success.
