This position can be based in their Brisbane or Gold Coast office. In this role, you will play a vital role in helping clients plan for the future and protect their loved ones. Responsibilities: Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Advise clients on asset protection, tax minimization strategies, and beneficiary designations. Guide clients through the probate process. Communicate effectively with clients from all backgrounds, ensuring clear understanding of complex legal matters. Maintain strong working relationships with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants. Qualifications: Law degree from an accredited law school. Previous experience or a keen interest in Wills and Estates law. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
