The Role As a Counsellor you willDeliver culturally responsive counselling and treatment for Men in the local communitySupport clients experiencing trauma, grief, family violence, and substance abuse.Develop and implement tailored care plans and integrate specialist outreach services.Build strong networks with community stakeholders to enhance service delivery.Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement activities. Requirements Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, or related discipline.Current AHPRA registration or equivalent practicing certificate.Understanding of Aboriginal cultures, values, and protocols with experience in culturally responsive care.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Willingness to travel to remote communities and engage in community outreach.For more information, or to apply, contact Aaron Winders on or
