Location: North East Region Albury/WodongaJob type: Ongoing - Full TimeOccupation: IT and TelecommunicationsReference: 1324Job posted: 16/01/2025Closes: 09/02/2025Salary Range: $92,856 - $102,653 About the Role The ICT Infrastructure Specialist will be a valued member of the Information Management team to provide onsite and remote ICT technical support, along with supporting ongoing projects and infrastructure improvements or implementations across Albury Wodonga Health. The role is also responsible for the ongoing updating and management of the overall ICT infrastructure, ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are completed and fully documented. Additionally, the position provides technical expertise and support for internal and external ICT and organisational projects, prioritising collaboration with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote ICT technical support.Support ongoing projects and infrastructure improvements.Manage and update the overall ICT infrastructure.Document continuous improvement initiatives.Provide technical expertise for ICT and organisational projects. Minimum Requirements Degree or Certificate IV in Information Technology or related field, or currently studying to obtain any of these certifications.Industry certification of ITIL and related technical certifications relevant to the role.7+ years of experience in a similar role in the IT/ICT industry, particularly across technology, data, digital processes, and security.Demonstrated proficiency supporting enterprise network infrastructure, workstations, servers, and applications.Proven ability to support enterprise solutions across applications, infrastructure, and architecture.Strong experience working collaboratively to identify and implement continuous service improvement for IT.Extensive experience with technical environments across solution architecture, infrastructure, applications, integrations, and cybersecurity.Employment Type: This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.For further details, please refer to the Position Description or alternatively contact Avi Arditi at for a confidential discussion.
