Location: Home based with >30% travel where necessary Hours : 9am – 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week) Role Overview The Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant will demonstrate and articulate the value and benefits of Planisware Orchestra initially to prospective and existing customers and partners to: • Support the successful achievement of customer sales with customers/partners/prospects • Challenge and influence customer wants and needs to ensure successful scoping of implementations and work within a sales structure and process that is proven • Communicates the value of Planisware Orchestra to drive renewals and add-on growth within existing customers Essential Job Functions
- Preparing and delivering demonstrations of Planisware Orchestra in person and remotely
- Responding to and supporting where necessary RFx needs (RFI/RFP/RFQs)
- Supporting prospective customer product trials/access
- Ensuring customer/partner questions and challenges are effectively answered
- Reviewing product roadmap ideas and championing the voice of the prospect
- Supporting Sales and Marketing events and webinars
- Maintaining and updating the Planisware Orchestra Solutions Demo System
- Supporting the Sales team and the collective objectives quarterly and annually
- Employee may be required to perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation
- Ideally Degree Level educated
- Good working knowledge of a PPM, SPM or PSO product
- Prior pre-sales experience, ideally within the same or similar* industry (PPM/SPM/PSO)
- Alternatively, extensive experience as an implementation Consultant within the same industry (PPM/SPM/PSO)
- Proficient with Windows Operating Systems and MS Office
- Strong written, presentational and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with mixed audiences of C-Level and below
- Highly organised with proven time management and prioritisation skills

- Ability to quickly build rapport and good, transparent, working relationships with clients
